Federal Judge James Robart on Friday issued a nationwide temporary restraining order on Trump’s Muslim-ban executive order – and Trump can’t handle any one telling him no.
Instead of letting the judicial branch serve as a check to the executive branch, Trump took to Twitter to question the judge’s decision.
What is our country coming to when a judge can halt a Homeland Security travel ban and anyone, even with bad intentions, can come into U.S.?

Trump sent another tweet about an hour later, claiming that “many very bad and dangerous people may be pouring into” the U.S.
Because the ban was lifted by a judge, many very bad and dangerous people may be pouring into our country. A terrible decision

And don’t forget, Trump called Robart a “so-called judge” earlier this morning too.
Donald Trump’s attempt to undermine the authority of the co-equal judicial branch is beyond troubling. It goes without saying that a president trying to undermine the separation of powers is without precedent.
The Justice Department is expected to file a notice appeal late tonight or tomorrow to try to reverse Robart’s decision.
