WATCH: How Senator Cory Booker Responded To 9th Circuit Court Decision
Senator Cory Booker appeared on Hardball with Chris Matthews to talk about the 9th Circut Court of Appeals decision to maintain the freeze on Donald Trump’s Muslim-ban order.
The Appeals court ruled 3-0 in favor of upholding the earlier court ruling.

Booker told Matthews, “With all the things that are threatening our nation right now, Donald Trump seems to be trying whipping up imaginary enemies, to distract us from the real work we have to do to fight ISIS, to fight terrorism, and to fight the Russian expansionist efforts that are actually going on trying to destabilize democracies.”
Booker went on to say, “If Donald Trump actually looked at the numbers of how terrorists are getting into this country, there are so many easier ways.”
