BREAKING: White House Not Planning To Appeal 9th Circuit Decision To Supreme Court
NBC News is reporting that the Trump White House does not plan to appeal the 9th Circuit Court’s decision to maintain the halt on Donald Trump’s Muslim-ban. It looks like the Trump administration is planning to go back down to the federal court in Seattle and argue the case on the merits.
It was also reported by NBC News on Friday morning that the Trump administration is working on a new version of the Muslim-ban that they think will pass legal muster.
