WATCH: Constituents Erupt In Anger After Florida Republican Lies About Obamacare ‘Death Panels’
A Florida Republican who decided it was a good idea lie about Obamacare ‘death panels’ to a packed crowd of constituents that were there to support Obamacare. Well, it went about as poorly as you’d expect. His constituents erupted in anger calling him – among other things – a liar.
Congressman Atkins said to the crowd, “Here’s the problem I have with the Affordable Care Act,” Akins started, before dropping the huge lie on the crowd: “There’s a provision in [the law] that anyone over the age of 74 has to go before what is effectively a death panel.”
