Trump White House Abruptly Pushes Back New Muslim-Ban, Again
Donald Trump has made bold claims about signing a new version of his disastrous Muslim-ban executive order very soon. The new version of the Muslim-ban will, presumably, not include all that stuff that made the courts order a stay, blocking its implementation.
Well, it looks like Trump is kicking the can down the road once again. Could be that finding a way to legally ban Muslims is not easy?
The Hill reported Wednesday that an official close to the White House noted the revised ban would be delayed to next week.
The Hill reported that “No explanation was given for the delay, and it remains unclear how the White House will tweak the travel ban to avoid future legal pitfalls.”
Donald Trump last week promised to unveil the new Muslim-ban this week after it was blocked in federal court.
