The announcement by Coons ensures a filibuster of Neil Gorsuch’s nomination to the Court.
Coons made his announcement in front of his Senate colleagues during a committee hearing.
Senator Coons, in addition to announcing that he will vote no, announce that he will vote against cloture meaning he will join the Democrats filibuster of Gorsuch.
