Fox News Will Conduct An Investigation On Bill O’Reilly Sexual Harassment Scandal
After over a week and more than 50 advertisers pulling their ads from Bill O’Reilly’s show, Fox News finally announce that they are going to launch an investigation into the complaints of sexual harassment against Bill O’Reilly.
The New York Times reported last week that Fox News and Bill O’Reilly had paid out $13 million to five women to settle sexual harassment complaints against Bill O’Reilly.
Fox is using the same firm that was used to investigate sexual harassment complaints that led to former Fox News CEO Roger Ailes being terminated. In a statement Sunday Fox News said, “21st Century Fox investigates all complaints and we have asked the law firm Paul Weiss (Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison) to continue assisting the company in these matters.”
Donald Trump defended Bill O’Reilly last week saying he didn’t think O’Reilly did anything wrong which is bizarre because Donald Trump has no way of knowing.
