Trump Attacks Wrong Court In Early Morning Twitter Tantrum
Grumpy Trumpy woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning.
Donald Trump woke up grumpy Wednesday morning and he let it show in an early morning tweet slamming the court decision that blocked his attack on sanctuary cities. The only problem… he attacked the wrong court.
Trump tweeted, “First the Ninth Circuit rules against the ban & now it hits again on sanctuary cities-both ridiculous rulings. See you in the Supreme Court!”
Unfortunately for Donald Trump, the judge that ruled against him yesterday doesn’t sit on the 9th Circut.
Trump continued saying “Out of our very big country, with many choices, does everyone notice that both the “ban” case and now the “sanctuary” case is brought in ……the Ninth Circuit, which has a terrible record of being overturned (close to 80%). They used to call this “judge shopping!” Messy system.”
Still not the 9th Circut Donald.
The judge who blocked Trump’s executive order was appointed by President Obama saying that the order violated the Constitution by attempting to punish local governments by seeking to “deprive local jurisdictions of congressional allocated funds without any notice or opportunity to be heard.”
