Senate Intel Committee Just Responded To Flynn For Taking The Fifth
Senators Burr and Warner, the ranking members of the Senate Intelligence Committee responded to Michael Flynn’s notification that he is invoking the Fifth Amendment.
In a statement, Burr and Warner said: “We will vigorously pursue Gen. Flynn’s testimony and his production of any and all pertinent materials.”

On Monday Flynn refused to comply with the Senate’s subpoena for documents relating to his contacts to Russia.
On Monday, the ranking member of the House Oversight Committee Elijah Cummings announced that he has proof that Michael Flynn lied on his paperwork to renew his security clearance.
Cummings sent a letter Monday to Republican Jason Chaffetz saying that the Committee has documents “that appear to indicate” Flynn lied during his security clearance interview in 2016.
