Donald Trump’s Muslim-Ban Just Suffered Another Legal Setback
Donald Trump’s Muslim-ban has been held up in the courts since the first few days after he signed the executive order. And now we learn that Trump Muslim-ban has suffered another legal setback.
According to NBC News, the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled against the Trump administration and upheld a lower court ruling that blocks enforcement of the Muslim-ban.

The court rejected the Trump administration’s argument that Donald Trump’s comments from the campaign should not be considered in the case.
