Just 20 Percent of Americans Support The Republican Obamacare Repeal Plan

Support For GOP Health Bill Is Devastatingly Low.

Just one day after the CBO released its new analysis of the Republican health bill finding that 23 million people will lose their insurance if the bill becomes law, a new poll shows just how devastating it will be politically for Republicans. And among independents, only 17 percent are more likely to support an elected official who supports Republican health care plan, while 41 percent are less likely.

According to a new poll, only 20 percent of Americans say they are more likely to vote for a member of Congress or Senator if they support the Republican health bill.

At the same time, 44 percent say that they are less likely.

The new Quinnipiac poll also found that support for the Republican plan is a just 20 percent, while 57 percent of Americans disapprove of the GOP plan.

And when it comes to Donald Trump’s handling of health care, voters disapprove 62 to 32 percent.
