100 8th Graders Refuse To Take Picture With Paul Ryan
…wamp…wamp…
We already know that House Speaker Paul Ryan is one of the least popular politicians in America, but we may have just found out how unpopular he is.
On Friday, a group of 8th graders from New Jersey on a school trip to Washington D.C. were given the opportunity to take a class photo with Paul Ryan.
But when it came time to say “cheese” about 100 of the 8th graders refused to pose for a picture with Paul Ryan. The story was first reported by Mashable.
“I think that taking the picture represents that you agree with the same political views and I don’t agree with his political views so I chose not to be in it,” eighth grader Wendy Weeks told local New Jersey newspaper The Village Green.
Another student, Louis Maynard-Parisi, said, “I didn’t want to be in because he believes in most of what Trump believes in.”
