Ossoff Ahead In New Poll As Early Voting Begins in Georgia Runoff
Jon Ossoff just got some good news as voters in Georgia begin to head to the polls for early voting.
According to a new poll, Democrat Jon Ossoff leads Republican Karen Handel 49.1% to 47.6%.

While the race is still a dead heat, the poll is welcome news for Democrats as early voting starts.
Here are some key insights from the poll:
Ossoff leads among younger voters and women.
The Republican leads among men and older voters.
But there is some potentially good news for Ossoff because the poll found that he is getting twice as much support from Republicans (14.2%) as Handel is getting from Democrats (7.2%).
