Jeff Sessions Had Third Previously Undisclosed Meeting With Russians: Report
James Comey told the Senate Intelligence Committee on Thursday that the FBI was aware of classified information that led Bureau leadership to conclude Attorney General Jeff Sessions shouldn’t have been involved in Russia-related investigations even before his recusal.
Many people were curious about the meaning of James Comey’s cryptic testimony about Sessions.
Well, we just found out what Comey meant.
According to an NBC News reporter, Jeff Sessions had a third previously unreported meeting with the Russians.

Comey told lawmakers in a closed hearing today that Attorney General Jeff Sessions may have had a third previously undisclosed meeting with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak during the 2016 presidential race after claiming he had none.
It was reported earlier in the week that Jeff Sessions had offered Donald Trump his resignation as tensions between the two have risen over the last few months.
Trump blames Sessions for the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller because in Trump’s mind if Sessions had not recused himself there never would have been a Special Counsel name.
This is not the first time that meetings between Sessions and the Russians have caused controversy. Sessions lied under oath to the Senate during his confirmation hearing about meetings with the Russian ambassador.
Sessions also failed to disclose those meetings on security clearance forms.
