Donald Trump Just Called His Own Health Care Bill ‘Mean’
During a meeting with Republican senators, Donald Trump called his own Obamacare bill “mean.” Trump then offered that the Senate version would be more generous.
However, sources said the president did not specify which aspects of the bill he disliked.
Trump’s comments were first reported by the Associate Press are a shocking turn of events for a president who publically gathered House Republicans at the White House to celebrate the passage of the bill.
During the Rose Garden ceremony with Republicans Trump said, “This is a great plan.”

The comments from Trump come amid reports that Senate Republicans are attempting to force the bill through without publically revealing the draft legislation.
Republicans have also indicated they do not plan to hold any hearings about the Obamacare repeal bill.
