Susan Collins Announces Opposition To GOP Health Bill
Republican Senator Susan Collins announced Monday that she will be voting no on the Republican Obamacare repeal bill.
Her announcement came via Twitter shortly after the Congressional Budget Office released its analysis finding that the bill would cause 22 million people to lose their health insurance.
“I want to work w/ my GOP & Dem colleagues to fix the flaws in ACA. CBO analysis shows 1/3.”

Collins’ announcement marks the second so-called “moderate” Republican Senator to announce their opposition. Nevada Senator Dean Heller also announce that he will vote no.
Senator Rand Paul has also announced that he will vote against the motion to proceed in the Senate, though he is opposed to the current bill because it doesn’t go far enough.
