Russian Intelligence Officer Was In Meeting With Trump Jr, Kushner And Manafort
Oh, by the way… there was also a Russian spy at the meeting.
A former Russian intelligence officer Rinat Akhmetshin attended the now infamous meeting with Donald Trump Jr., Paul Manafort and Jared Kushner in Trump Tower on June 9, 2016. The Russian intelligence officer accompanied the Russian lawyer who was promising damaging information on Hillary Clinton to the Trump campaign.
The attendance of the Russian intelligence officer was first reported by NBC News.

This is the first news of additional Russian nationals attending the meeting with Natalia Veselnitskaya, the Russian lawyer at the center of the story.
Former Russian intelligence officer responsible for massive cyber crime
The intelligence officer who attended the meeting was accused in federal and state courts of orchestrating an international hacking conspiracy.
Akhmetshin’s presence at Trump Tower that day adds another layer of controversy to an episode that already provides the clearest indication of collusion between the Kremlin and the Trump campaign. In the run-up to that rendezvous, Donald Trump Jr. was promised “very high level and sensitive information” on Hillary Clinton as “part of Russia and its government’s support for Mr. Trump.”
The meeting took place after a series of emails to Trump Jr. that promised campaign support from the Russian government.
In a separate report, the Associated Press reported that a Russian-American lobbyist named Rinat Akhmetshin had confirmed his attendance in the meeting.
The revelations came to light after Jared Kushner was forced to update his security clearance forms declaring the meeting.
