Another Legal SetBack For Trump’s Muslim-Ban

The U.S. Supreme Court just handed Donald Trump another legal setback on his Muslim-ban.

The Supreme Court rejected Trump’s effort to bar entry by some people with family members already in the country.

The high court on Wednesday refused to reverse a lower court ruling that allows grandparents, aunts, and uncles and cousins into the country.

A federal trial judge in Hawaii had said the Trump administration’s standard was too restrictive and didn’t align with the Supreme Court decision.

The Supreme Court decided by 6-3 margin refused the Trump administration’s request that it stay the lower court’s decision that said the administration was too restrictive in its interpretation of the court’s earlier ruling.
