Donald Trump’s Approval Rating Just Hit A Record Low
A new poll released Wednesday finds that Donald Trump’s approval rating has hit a new record low.
According to the new Quinnipiac poll, Donald Trump’s job approval rating has fallen to 33 percent – the lowest since Trump was inaugurated.
At the same time, a whopping 61 percent of Americans disapprove of Donald Trump’s job performance as president.
Trump’s approval rating is down 7 points from 40 percent in a June 29 poll by Quinnipiac.
But these aren’t the only troubling numbers for Donald Trump. The poll also found that 54 percent of respondents say they are embarrassed to have Trump as president compared to just 26 percent who say they are proud.
Additionally, 60 percent of Americans say that Donald Trump has done something either illegal or unethical related to Russia.

- 71 percent say Trump is not level headed
- 62 percent say Trump is not honest
- 63 percent say Donald Trump does not have good leadership skills
- 63 percent say that Trump doesn’t share their values
- 60 percent say Trump thinks he is above the law
- 59 percent say Donald Trump doesn’t care about average Americans
- 57 percent say Trump is abusing the powers of his office
- Just 26 percent approve of Trumps handling of health care
- Only 38 percent approve of Trump on immigration
- 36 percent say they approve Trump’s handling of foreign policy
About the poll: The Quinnipiac poll was in the field from July 27 – August 1 and surveyed 1,125 voters nationwide with a margin of error of +/- 3.4 percentage points.
