BREAKING: Special Counsel Has Asked White House For Flynn Documents
Speical Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigators have requested Flynn related documents from the Trump White House, The New York Times is reporting.
The report goes on to say that investigators have also “questioned witnesses about whether he was secretly paid by the Turkish government during the final months of the presidential campaign, according to people close to the investigation.”
The New York Times notes that the request is not a formal subpoena, however, this is the first reported instance of a document request from the Special Counsel to the White House.
The new of the document request follows the bombshell revelation Thursday of a new grand jury in Washington DC that has already begun issuing subpoenas
