CNN Uses Chyron To Troll Trump Over Long Vacation (Video)
On Friday night’s edition of “Keeping Them Honest,” Anderson Cooper went after Donald Trump for taking an extended vacation after being such a vocal critic of President Obama for taking vacations.
But what stood out was that even the chyron seemed to get involved. During the segment, the CNN chyron read: “Vacation Critic Takes Time Off”
Trump, of course, has repeatedly claimed that he doesn’t go on vacations or take time off and suggested that it has something to do with his business success.
Cooper noted that there’s nothing inherently wrong with Presidents taking vacations, but it’s the fact that Trump was so critical of Barack Obama on the issue.
Cooper showed clips of Trump saying things like “I’m not a vacation guy.”
