CNN Has Fired Trump Sycophant Jeffery Lord Over Nazi Salute
About damn time.
CNN ended its relationship with pro-Trump political commentator Jeffery Lord after Lord tweeted “Sieg Heil!” at a liberal activist on Twitter Thursday.
Lord, who regularly appeared on CNN to defend the most indefensible of Trump actions and statements, tweeted the Nazi victory salute at Angela Carusone, president of the liberal group Media Matters for America.
“Nazi salutes are indefensible,” a CNN spokesperson said. “Jeffrey Lord is no longer with the network.”
Lord has previously clashed with Media Matters, which has called for his firing from CNN.
