10 Navy Sailors Are Missing – Donald Trump’s Response Is Unforgivable
Trump’s response to the news of 1o missing Navy sailors is despicable.
Sad news came in Sunday that 10 US Navy sailors are missing after the USS John S. McCain collided with a merchant vessel.
In addition to the 10 missing sailors, the Navy confirmed that at least five sailors are injured.
According to CNN, “The collision was reported at 5:24 am local time, according to the Navy statement.”
Trump’s response is unforgivable:
In response to the tragedy, Donald Trump would be expected to issue a thoughtful response. You know, saying that we are doing everything we can to find them. The nation is praying for them. Something.
Well, Donald Trump let the nation down again. According to pool reports, Trump’s response was simply, “That’s too bad.”
Tonight’s pool report: Trump responded to questions about today’s collision of the USS John S. McCain: “‘That’s too bad,’ he said.”

VoteVets, the veterans advocacy group, quickly responded on Twitter blasting Trump.
This is a joke. "That's too bad" is more for your golf game not missing sailors @POTUS! https://t.co/etKpcKuu7R

By the way, this is how Senator John McCain responded to the news:
Cindy & I are keeping America's sailors aboard the USS John S McCain in our prayers tonight – appreciate the work of search & rescue crews https://t.co/jzk9giXbfg
