House Democrats Out Raise Republicans Massively In July

House Democrats out raised Republicans 2 to 1 in July.

Democrats’ attempt to retake the House in 2018 just got a bump from a massive fundraising haul in July.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) far out raised the Republicans fundraising arm in July.

Democrats raised $6.3 million last month, compared to the $3.8 million brought in by the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC).

According to Roll Call, “The average online donation was $17. So far this year, more than 200,000 donors have contributed to the committee for the first time.”

Democrats need to flip 24 seats in order to take back the House in 2018.
