Ted Cruz has hard time explaining porn tweet

Senator Ted Cruz was trending on Twitter Tuesday for all the wrong reasons after his official Senate account “liked” a porn video.

The tweet was from the account @SexuallPosts and includes a video clip of hardcore porn.

The like remained for nearly an hour before being undone by Cruz’s team around 1:20 a.m.

Cruz first claimed that he was hacked, but later called it a staffing issue.
