Trump Supporter Tries To Get Classmate Deported And It Backfires On Him Spectacularly
A Kentucky college student found himself kicked out of school after trying to get an undocumented classmate deported.
Taylor Ragg decided to take it upon himself to try to get a classmate deported recently.
Ragg posted a screenshot of Paola Garcia’s Facebook account with the words, “Everyone go report this illegal at my school.”
Paola Garcia is a 21-year-old student at Transylvania University who received immigration protection under President Obama’s DACA program.
Garcia complained to her school that her classmate had put a post in a rightwing Facebook group urging for her to be reported to officials.
And it looks like karma quickly found its way back to Tyler Ragg because he has since been kicked out of school and has deleted his account.
Garcia shared her experience in an emotional video on YouTube, where she said she began receiving hateful messages from people.
In one message someone sent her a picture of them filling out a tip form reporting her to Homeland Security. The message said, “Hope you enjoyed your visit. Back to them dirt floors of your homeland, stinky ass.”
Garcia notes in the video that she was brought to the US when she was 2 years old.
“I’ve dealt with racism, discrimination, threats, name-calling — just blatant ignorance. And I usually suck it up, bite my tongue, let it go,” she said.
