John Kelly just became a meme.

John Kelly is supposed to be reining in Donald Trump’s reckless behavior and so far he’s having mixed results.

On the one hand, Trump is talking to Democrats about making legislative deals, but on the other hand, he just threatened to kill 25 million people in a war with North Korea.

People were clearly alarmed to hear Trump make the threat at the United Nations Tuesday morning, but Chief of Staff John Kelly’s reaction pretty much says it all.
