Supreme Court Allows Trump’s Third Muslim-Ban To Stand, For Now
Muslim-ban gets support from the high court.
In a major blow, the Supreme Court Monday announced that it will allow full enforcement of the third version of President Trump’s Muslim-ban.
The decision from the high court reverses lower court decisions which block enforcement of certain aspects of the Trump administrations ban.
The decision only had two dissents from Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor. And suggests that the Supreme Court will give the administration broad latitude in immigration decision.
However, the decision is not permanent as the case needs to work its way through the courts.
