Trump Should Resign Over Assault Allegations, 60 Percent Of Women Say
Half of all voters and 59 percent of women think Trump should resign because of the sexual harassment allegations against him.
Nearly 60 percent of women voters think that Donald Trump should resign over sexual assault allegations that have been lodged against him.
According to a new Quinnipiac poll released Tuesday, half of American voters believe President Trump should resign because of allegations of sexual misconduct against him.
And 59 percent of women say Trump should resign.
Among men, just 41 percent of men think Trump should resign because of the allegations.
Voters are also split along party lines on the issue, with 85 percent of Democrats saying Trump should resign while just 7 percent of Republicans say the same thing.
Trump has faced allegations of sexual assault and harassment by over a dozen women.
About the poll: The Quinnipiac poll was conducted among 1,230 voters and had a margin of error of 3.3 percentage points.
