Donald Trump Just Named An Airline Lobbyist To Run FAA
Just the latest example of the Trump administration hiring lobbyists to oversee the industries they used to work for.
The swamp just got a little bigger.
President Trump has named Daniel Elwell to serve as acting administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) starting this weekend.
Elwell is a former airline industry lobbyist. He previously served as a senior vice president with Airlines for America (A4A), which is the nations premier airline advocacy organization.
The appointment of Elwell is just the latest example of Donald Trump naming lobbyists to oversee the industries they used to work for.
