Mueller Just Revealed Another Cooperating Witness In Russia Investigation
The number of people Mueller has flipped in the Trump-Russia case just went up.
Buried in the flurry of news about the massive new indictments against 13 Russian nationals and 3 Russian organizations for interfering in the 2016 election is the news that Special Counsel Robert Mueller has another cooperating witness.
Richard Pinedo has pleaded guilty in Russia case
The Office of Special Counsel revealed that Richard Pinedo has pleaded guilty to identity theft and is cooperating with Mueller’s investigation.
Pinedo reportedly helped Russian agents get access to fake U.S. identities.
The news that Pinedo is cooperating is significant because he is in a position to identify how Russian agents conducted their information warfare campaign against the United States including how Russia financed their efforts.
