MSNBC’s The Rachel Maddow Show Tops Cable News Ratings

Maddow’s show was one of the most viewed shows on all of television Thursday night. 

MSNBC’s The Rachel Maddow Show was the most-watched show in all of cable television Thursday.

With a total audience of nearly 3.2 million viewers, Maddow’s ratings were high enough to not just top the cable news ratings race but also put the show on the 20 most-watched programs on all of television.

The Rachel Maddow Show achieved the #12 spot for most-watched television shows behind massive ratings getters like Big Bang Theory and Grey’s Anatomy.

Maddow has been focusing on the Trump-Russia investigation and largely avoided covering the day to day personal dramas of the Trump White House.

The decision seems to be paying off as The Rachel Maddow Show has consistently achieved among the highest ratings in cable news during the Trump administration.

Maddow’s colleagues at MSNBC also fared well on Thursday night.
