Trump Lawyer To Plead The Fifth In Stormy Daniels Case

Michael Cohen filed an emergency petition in an attempt to prevent having to testify.

The attorney for Stormy Daniels confirmed on MSNBC Thursday afternoon that President Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen has indicated that he plans to plead the Fifth Amendment in the lawsuit regarding the now famous $130,000 porn star payoff.

Avenatti made the revelation to MSNBC’s Nicole Wallace during the 4pm hour.

Avenatti said Cohen’s attorney filed an emergency petition in an attempt to prevent Michael Cohen from having to testify in court about the case.
