Democrats Flip Two Republican Seats In Special Election Victories
Democrats have now flipped 39 GOP-held seats in special elections since Trump was inaugurated.
The blue wave is still building.
Democrats, on Tuesday, won two special election victories flipping the seats from Republican to Democrat.
The victories represent the 38th and 39th seats Democrats have flipped from Red to Blue since President Trump was inaugurated.
In New Hampshire, voters elected substance abuse counselor Philip Spagnuolo (D) over Republican Les Cartier, a former state employee, in a district President Trump carried by a 13-point margin in 2016.
And in Connecticut, Democrat Philip Young defeated Republican Bill Cabral to win a district that has been in Republican hands for decades.
