Roger Stone Knew About WikiLeaks Hack Months Before Public Did: Report

This is the story that Donald Trump is trying to distract you from today.

Trump adviser told associates about WikiLeaks hack months before the news became public.

Two associates say that Roger Stone claimed to have met Julian Assange in 2016.

Roger Stone knew about the hacked emails that WikiLeaks would eventually dump publically at the height of the 2016 election, months before the public found out.

According to a new report by The Washington Post, Stone told two associates that Wikileaks founder Julian Assange had possession of haked Democratic emails months before that fact would become public.

According to the Washington Post report, Stone told an still unnamed associate in the spring of 2016 that he had learned from Julian Assange directly that WikiLeaks had obtained the same hacked materials that would later become part of the Russian disinformation against Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

One of the two associates of Stone that has made these revelations is Sam Nunberg who recently testified before Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s grand jury.

Nunberg says that Roger Stone told him that he had met with Assange.
