Mueller Is Preparing A Report On Trump Obstruction: Report

The Washington Post just dropped a bombshell report on the Special Counsel investigation. 

Arguably, the most important note in the bombshell Washington Post report Tuesday evening is the reveation that Special Counsel Robert Mueller is preparing a report on President Trump’s obstruction of justice in the Russia investigation.

In fact, Mueller told Trump’s lawyers this fact directly.

“Mueller’s investigators have indicated to the president’s legal team that they are considering writing reports on their findings in stages — with the first report focused on the obstruction issue, according to two people briefed on the discussions,” The Washington Post report notes.

Mueller also told the president’s lawyers that he will need to interview Trump to determine his state of mind during certain actions he’s undertaken while in office. Think telling the FBI Director to stop investigating Michael Flynn. Also, think firing the FBI Director for continuing to investigate Flynn.

Special Counsel Mueller also confirmed to the president’s lawyers that Donald Trump is, in fact, being investigated in the Russia probe.
