CNN Says Kellyanne Conway Isn’t Telling The Truth, They Passed On Her

CNN pushed back Monday against Kellyanne Conway’s claim that she “passed” on an offer to appear on CNN yesterday. CNN’s Communications account tweeted on Monday “.  was offered to SOTU on Sunday by the White House. We passed. Those are the facts.”

CNN was responding to a tweet from Conway, who denied that CNN passed on her offer to appear on the network:
“False. I could do no live Sunday shows this week BC of family,” she tweeted.
“Plus, I was invited onto CNN today & tomorrow. CNN Brass on those emails.”

The New York Times reported Sunday that CNN decided to pass on Conway’s offer to be a guest because of “serious questions about her credibility.”
