WATCH: Seth Meyers Roasts Trump For All The Losing He Is Doing
On Wednesday’s “A Closer Look” segment Seth Meyers roasted Trump who always claims to be a winner, but seems to keep losing.
“We aren’t even a month into the Trump presidency and already it seems like the government is fully engulfed in chaos,” Meyers said at the start of the segment.
“It’s hard to remember now, but it wasn’t always supposed to be like this,” Meyers said. “When Trump ran for president, he promised us a much brighter future, filled with non-stop winning.”
“No one gets tired of winning, it’s never happened,” Meyers said. “If anybody did, it would be DJ Khaled. All he does is win and he doesn’t seem tired of it in the least.”
Despite all the promises of winning, Meyers pointed out that Trump seems to be doing a lot of losing these days.
Meyers cited amateurish nature of the Trump White House.
Meyers then noted that, “This administration is like a really intense haunted house, where every door you think is an exit is just a door to an even scarier room. How do I get out of this fucking place? I wet my pants three rooms ago!”
Meyers then slammed Trump for blaming the “fake media” for the fortunes of Trump’s former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.“You’re the one who just fired him! Did you already forget that?” Meyers asked incredulously.
