A Morning Consult Poll found that Senator Sanders has a 75 percent approval rating, the highest of any Senator in the country.

Republican Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is the only Senator with a negative rating with 44 percent of Kentucky voters say they approve of McConnell, while 47 percent disapprove.
Morning Consult surveyed 85,000 voters across the country between January and March.
