BREAKING: Subpoenas Have Been Issued In Connection With Trump Jr’s June 2016 Meeting
Trump Jr. meeting the subject of new grand jury subpoenas.
Reuters is now reporting that grand jury subpoenas have been issued relating to Donald Trump Jr.’s meeting with a Russian lawyer promising damaging information about Hillary Clinton.
The Reuters report follows up on an earlier report by The Wall Street Journal the revealed Special Counsel Mueller has impaneled a new grand jury in the Russia investigation.

“Grand jury subpoenas have been issued in connection with the June 2016 meeting between Donald Trump Jr., a Russian lawyer and others, two sources familiar with the matter told Reuters on Thursday. The sources also said special counsel Robert Mueller had convened a grand jury in Washington to investigate allegations of Russia’s interference in the 2016 elections.”
The news of the grand jury subpoenas confirms reports that Mueller’s investigation is ramping up dramatically.
It was also revealed this week that Special Counsel Rober Mueller’s most recent hire is a former U.S. Justice Department official named Greg Andres.
During his work at the Department of Justice, Andres oversaw the illegal foreign bribery program and was the chief of the department’s fraud unit.
