Special Counsel Has Subpoenaed Manafort’s Bank Records: Report Donald Trump’s campaign manager is being squeezed. Special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation is gaining steam quickly. According to a new report, the Special Counsel has issued subpoenas in recent weeks for bank records from Paul Manafort.
