Poll: Donald Trump Has The Highest Disapproval Rating Of Any New President, Ever According to a new CNN/ORC poll,  53 percent of Americans disapprove of how Donald Trump is handling his job as President. The new poll confirms that Donald Trump has the highest disapproval rating of any new president ever polled.
