Report: Trump Planning To Rescind Trans Student Protections According to a report in the Washington Blade, Donald Trump is planning to rescind guidance given to public schools by President that prevents discrimination against transgender students. The Washington Blade reported that the Trump has approved a plan for the Justice Department and Education Department to send a letter to schools which will rescind the guidance from the Obama administration that transgender students be allowed to use the restroom consistent with their gender identity. CIA Official Quits Because of Trump Edward Price, a CIA official who worked for the agency for over 10 years, quit because of Trump. In an op-ed in the Washington Post, Price wrote, “Despite working proudly for Republican and Democratic presidents, I reluctantly concluded that I cannot in good faith serve this administration as an intelligence professional.” Price continues to explain that he hasn’t agreed with all of former President George W. Report: Senate Committee Asks Agencies To Keep All Russian Hack Records The Associated Press reported on Sunday that the Senate Intelligence Committee has asked agencies to preserve all records that could be related to the Russian hacking of the 2016 election. The report cited a congressional aide saying that that the committee has sent formal requests to more than a dozen organizations, agencies and individuals requesting the materials related to the probe into the Russian meddling be preserved.
