Congressman Cummings Demands ‘Disciplinary Action’ For Kellyanne Conway Democrat Elijah Cummings, who is the top Democrat on the House Oversight & Government Reform Committee, said that Kellyanne Conway should receive “disciplinary action” for promoting Ivanka Trump’s clothing line during a television appearance.
