POLL: Americans Believe Trump Is Abusing Power A new Quinnipiac poll shows that most Americans believe Trump is abusing his power. According to the poll, 52 percent said Trump is abusing his power, with 46 percent saying he isn’t. When asked if Trump’s decision to fire FBI Director James Comey was an abuse of power, 47 percent of respondents said it was. Additionally, the poll found Trump with 40 percent approval rating. Hawaii Files Court Challenge To Trump’s New Muslim-Ban Criteria On Thursday, the state of Hawaii filed a court challenge to the Trump administration’s limitations on travelers from six Muslim-majority nations. Hawaii is asking a federal judge to rule that the administration cannot enforce a temporary ban against certain relatives.
