Harvard Law Professor Larry Lessig and political activist was on MSNBC Tuesday night and had some surprising words for Chuck Todd. Lessig made the claim that 20 to 30 Republican Electors may not be voting for Donald Trump on December 19.

This was a surprising announcement for two reasons. First, because 20 to 30 Republican electors voting against Trump is higher than anyone anticipates. And second, because it would only take 37 Republican Electors to not vote for Donald Trump in order for him to lose the Electoral College vote.
