Donald Trump’s Approval Rating Hits A New Low: Poll
A record low number of Americans approve of the job Donald Trump is doing as president.
President Donald Trump’s approval rating has hit a new low, according to the new Associated Press/NORC survey.
According to the poll, just 32 percent of Americans approve of the job Donald Trump is doing as president.
At the same time, a massive 67 percent disapprove of Trump’s job performance.
Trump’s approval number is down sharply from March when it was 42 percent.
It is also down from the June Associated Press/NORC survey when Trump’s approval rating was 35 percent.
In addition to the dismal approval ratings, 64 percent of Americans said that Trump does not understand their needs and problems.
The poll was conducted during the same time that Trump was under fire for failing to adequately respond to the disaster in Puerto Rico.
About the poll: The Associated Press/NORC Center for Public Affairs Research poll was conducted on September 28 to October 2 and surveyed 1,150 adults. The margin of error was 4.1 percentage points.
