Obama’s Approval Rating Just Hit A New High While Trump’s Tanks: Poll
Americans like former President Obama a lot more than they like President Trump.
President Obama’s popularity is surging and Donald Trump’s seems to be tanking.
According to a new poll, 57 percent of Americans approve of President Obama’s job of president, a new post-presidency high.
At the same time, President Trump’s job approval rating has fallen to a new a new low in the HuffPost/YouGov poll.
The poll found that just 42 percent of Americans approve of President Trump.
And Americans opinions of President have Obama have grown substantially more favorable since he’s left office. Check out the chart below from Huffington Post that shows the movement in American’s opinions of Obama.

About the poll: The HuffPost/YouGov poll surveyed 1,000 U.S. adults from Jan. 10-11 and had a margin of error of 4 percentage points.
