Vast Majority Of Americans Want Trump To Go Under Oath With Mueller
A new poll confirms that Americans think President Trump should submit to an interview under oath with the Special Counsel.
The data is clear. Americans think President Trump should interview under oath with Special Counsel Robert Mueller.
According to a new poll, 71 percent of Americans believe that President Donald Trump should agree to be interviewed by Special Counsel Robert Mueller.
And of the people who say Trump should submit to an interview, 82 percent of Americans say the interview should do be under oath.
And when broken down along party lines the consensus is still that Trump should go under oath with the Special Counsel with 93 percent of Democrats, 85 percent of independents and 67 percent of Republicans agreeing.
The poll results were part of a new poll by Monmouth University.
About the poll: The Monmouth University poll was conducted from January 28 to 30, 2018, with a national random sample of 806 adults age 18 and older.
