James Comey Just Trolled Trump On Twitter Over The Nunes Memo
The former FBI Director just resurfaced to call Trump and Republicans “weasels and liars” for bogus memo.
Donald Trump’s biggest nemesis James Comey just resurfaced on Twitter to share his thoughts on the bogus Nunes memo.
In a tweet, the former FBI Director called Trump and the Republicans pushing the memo to tarnish the FBI “weasels and liars.”
Comey also hit Trump et al, saying “Not a lot of schools or streets named for Joe McCarthy.”
Here is Comey’s full statement:
“All should appreciate the FBI speaking up. I wish more of our leaders would. But take heart: American history shows that, in the long run, weasels and liars never hold the field, so long as good people stand up. Not a lot of schools or streets named for Joe McCarthy.”
